Kevin Montgomery, PEORIA, Ariz. (July 26, 2011) – Jason Noll, who currently leads the Championship standings for the IMCA Modifieds, will be putting the final touches on this weeks lesson plan as he prepares to go back to school this Saturday night at The University on Dirt, Canyon Speedway.

Noll, however, will not be taking instruction as he anticipates teaching the class an important lesson on how to win but it will be the young graduate of Ricky Thornton Jr. that needs no lesson as he has topped four Modified features since April with the last coming at the wheel of the professor’s ride.

Thornton will be aboard the same Anthony Madrid owned Sunoco Fuels/Challenger Race Engines/Flexi Flyer that earned him an A+ in the last class just weeks ago as he joins fellow class mate and 2010 Valedictorian, Tim Ward, as they take on the popular kids that include Guy Norton, George Fronsman, Jay Foster, Steve Stultz and Terry Belcher Jr..

Ty Warner, a stand out Stock Car Student, will lead the Pure Stocks into action along with the Super Stocks, Bombers and Dwarf Cars. The school bell rings when general admission tickets go on sale at 4pm for only $15, racing will begin promptly at 7:30pm.  Kid’s 12 and under are FREE!

Allscapes, along with an a large alumni that include Dirt Pro and Arizona Heat Trucking, will be on hand to outfit many of the Canyon kids with back packs and school supplies as each child under 12 will not only get in FREE but will also receive a ticket for a drawing and a chance to win.
