Kevin Montgomery, PEORIA, Ariz. (November 27th, 2011) – After an unforgettable season of victory, Matt Martinez pulled off the biggest win of his career by topping the 50-lap Stock Car Shootout bringing his 2011 win total to 20 and earning $1000 and the title of Stock Car Shootout Champion.

Martinez, who earned his 19th win of the year on the preliminary day of the shootout, took the lead from the pole position and held off a very persistent Anthony Madrid as the two drivers swapped the lead throughout the race.  Martinez would eventually take the point for good but Madrid keep constant pressure for all 50-laps.

Madrid crossed the stripe just behind Martinez with a hard charging Ty Warner rounding out the top three.

Kenny Gill bested the Super Stock field as he held off George Fronsman and Rob Colclasure to pick up $750 and his shootout title.

Ron Neis dominated a great 30-lap Bomber Mania feature as he held off Jason Crowe who drove from his 15th starting position to earn a spot on the podium while Larry Brigner was able to bring home a top three after third place finisher Trenton Setelin was disqualified for post race action with Joe Vlasity resulting in both drivers disqualification.

Jake Johnson captured the X-Mod victory while Mitch Moeler Sr. took top honors in the Mini Stock main event.
